WHEREAS, Vahn Phayprasert has served the Millbrae
Elementary School District these past twelve
years; and
WHEREAS, Vahn Phayprasert worked in a variety of
administrative roles, including Dean at Taylor
Middle School and Principal at Spring Valley
Elementary School; and
WHEREAS, Vahn Phayprasert has served as the
Superintendent of the Millbrae School District
these past five years; and
WHEREAS, during his tenure as Superintendent he
completed a strategic plan, fostered relationships
with administrators and teachers, and most
notably worked to help pass the District’s first
parcel tax measures; and
WHEREAS, Vahn Phayprasert will resign from the Millbrae
School District at the end of the school year.
NOW, THEREFORE, WE, the members of the Millbrae City
Council, do hereby congratulate and commend
VAHN PHAYPRASERT
For his service to the Millbrae School District and community
and wish him well in his future endeavors.
