Notary Public MY commission expires: TOWN OF GULF STREAM PALIA BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA COMMISSIONERS L. SETON LINOSAY, MAYOR NORRIS J. CLARKE, VICE MAYOR STEWART B. IGLEHART HAROLD J. ROIG WM. J. DAUER. TOWN CLERK POST ADDRESS BOX 255 DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA TEL: DELRAY BEACH 5115 February 14, 1956 To the Property Owners of the Town of Gulf Stream: Complaint has been made that in certain instances property holders have permitted cocoanut fronds and other garden trash to be piled on property not belonging to them, with the result that when the trash is removed we have no way of knowing to whom to send the bill. It is believed that in most instances the property holder is not to blame, as it is some of the gardening maintenance firms or nurseries who, instead of taking the trash away, pile it on someone elsels property. If you decide to have this garden waste piled on your own property, telephone the Town Hall, Delray Beach - 5116, and I will see that it is removed by the Town truck at 574.00 per load. If you prefer, you may issue a standing order for your trash to be taken away when expedient. Where only part of a load is in- volved, you will not be charged until other partial loads are removed which, in total, equal a full load. A little co- operation on the part of everyone will make it a much simpler task to keep the Town neat. Respectfully yours, .mss. r•'- ----s` J. R. ountain Town Clerk JRF :go ccs.
