The Wellsburg Town Council met. in .regular session May 2, 1966. Mayor
Rio'_Tena presided. Councilmen present: Hippen, Claassen, Eckhoff ,
Huisman.
A, 'comr,ittee from the Study Club, Mrs. Henry Grobe, Mrs. William
hurray, and Mrs. Alyce Lindaman, met with the Council to discuss
the Strout marking system. They presented the Council with a check
or `,r350.00 as a donation to;,I rcl the cost of the project.
Motion J. Claassen, seconded by Hippen to purchase street sit:,ns
_'rem Brown Supply Co., Fort Dodge at $15.00 per intersection marker.
Committee of Lindaman and Hippen, to order gnd arrange for erection
of signs.
Cooper Bros. submitted a bid of V450.00 for the removal of trees
,,!hich Lrould interfere with the proposed curb and gutter. Motion to
accept their bid from Eckhoff, seconded by Huisman.
