LICENSE FOR THE 2010-2011 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for SAFEWAY TA.XI for the 2010-2011 License
Tern} by the following:

WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Ta"Xicab Driver License be
granted to TORY JAMES SANDERS for the 2010-2011 License Tenn.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT Ai'lD IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2010-
201 I License Term to TORY JAMES SAi'lDERS
