with Mayor Blythe presiding and Councilmen Huisman, Cordes, Bausman,
and Terfehn present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved on a motion
by Bausman, 2nd by Terfehn. Carried.

Moved by Huisman, 2nd by Bausman to approve issuance of building
permits to Gary Scott for a new residence, Henry Kannegieter for an
addition to residence, and Alvin Van Deest for a garage. Carried.
On a motion by Cordes, 2nd by Bausman, approval was given for a 6
months beer permit for Meadowbrook Golf Course. Carried.
Moved by Huisman, 2nd by Terfehn to approve Sunday Liquor Permit for
Terry's as per application per state law. Roll call of votes--
Ayes--Huisman, Cordes, Terfehn, Bausman. Nays --None. Absent --Van Deest.
Carried.
Moved by Huisman, 2nd by Cordes to proceed with plans for installation
of curb and gutter. dNQr�t�h Washington Street from the railroad tracks
