CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2009-65
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF PUBLIC
WORKS EMPLOYEE ROBERT DRESSEL
WHEREAS, Robert Dressel is currently employed as the Public Works Equipment
Operator by the city of Medina; and
WHEREAS, on October 29, 2009, Robert Dressel submitted a letter of resignation from his
position addressed to the City; and
WHEREAS, Robert Dressel's letter of resignation indicates his intent to resign from his
position effective November 13, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Robert Dressel's letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Siitari and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Smith, Weir, Siitari
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Crosby, Johnson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
