CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2009-69
RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE
FINAL PLAT FOR HAMEL COMMONS
AMENDING RESOLUTION 2009-43
WHEREAS, on July 21, 2009, the city of Medina adopted Resolution 2009-43, granting
approval to DW Holdings, Inc. (the "Applicant') of preliminary and final plat to combine parcels
located at 32 Hamel Road, 36 Hamel Road, and 42 Hamel Road (the "Subject Property") which
is legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said resolution, approval was valid for a period of 120 days
from July 21, 2009, and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested an extension of 180 days in order to meet the
terms and conditions of approval and to file the plat,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The final plat must be filed with the County Recorder by March 15, 2010 or the final
plat shall be considered void, unless a written request for time extension is submitted
by the Applicant and approved prior to the deadline by the City Council.
2. Except as explicitly stated above, all terms and conditions of Resolution 2009-43 are
hereby reaffirmed.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Johnson and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Smith, Johnson, Crosby, Siitari
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Weir)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
