AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 963, THE
ANNUAL FY17 BUDGET. TO PROVIDE FOR ADDITIONAL
MONIES RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF MCCALL; TO AP-
PROPRIATE FUND BALANCES OF THE CITY OF MCCALL,
PROVIDING FOR ATITLE, PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS;
PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF A BUDGET AND
THE APPROPRIATION OF EXPENDITURES OF SUMS OF
MONEY TO DEFRAY THE NECESSARY EXPENSES AND
LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE OBJECT AND PURPOSES AND IN THE CERTAIN
AMOUNTS HEREIN SPECIFIED FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BE-
GINNING OCTOBER 1, 2017 AND ENDING ON SEPTEMBER
30, 2018, PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY OF A SUFFICIENT
TAX; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND THE
FILING OFACERTIFIED COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE WITH
THE SECRETARY OF STATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR
AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, VAL-
LEY COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO:
SECTION 1. TITLE: This Ordinance shall be entitled and
cited as the "Amended FY18 Annual Appropriation Ordinance
of the City of McCall."
SECTION 2. FINDINGS: The City Council finds:
A. The City has duly noticed and held a public hearing on
the 28th day of June, 2018 for a proposed Amended Budget for
Fiscal Year 2017-2018 (FY18) City of McCall, Idaho; and
B. That the total revenue anticipated to be available to the
City of McCall during FY18 is correctly stated in the Amended
Adopted Budget which is herein set forth in Section No. 3; and
C. That the appropriations and sums of money as are here-
inafter set forth in Section 3 are deemed necessary to defray
all the necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of McCall
for FY18.
SECTION 3. ADOPTION OF THE AMENDED BUDGET AND
APPROPRIATION OF EXPENDITURE: The City Council here-
by adopts as and for the amended budget and the appropria-
tion of expenditure for the City of McCall, Idaho, for the fiscal
year beginning October 1, 2017, and ending September 30,
2018 to read as follows:

SECTION 4. TAX LEVY: That a general tax levy on all taxable
property within the City of McCall be levied in an amount
allowed by law for the general purposes for said City, for the
fiscal year beginning October 1, 2017.
SECTION 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk is directed to forthwith publish this
Ordinance and file a certified copy of the same with the office
of the Secretary of State of the State of Idaho as provided in
I.C. §50-1003 and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force upon its passage, approval and publication in one
issue of The Star -News, a newspaper for general circulation of
the City of McCall, and the official newspaper of said City.
Passed under suspension of rules upon which a roll call vote
was taken and duly enacted an Ordinance of the City of Mc-
Call, Valley County, Idaho at a convened meeting of the City of
McCall City Council held on the 28th day of June, 2018.
