WHEREAS, application has been properly made to tile Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret. New Jersey by C. arteret High School Band Parents

accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Control
Comm~ssion s Regulations
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ,4_ND IT iS HEREBY RESOL'vtiD, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor and Council by issuing upon proper
presentation ofappIication and fees, a RAFFLE LICENSE to the applicant (s);
BE IT FURTHER RESOL'vTD that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P.O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07101
