RESOLUTION NO. 2009 - 77
RESOLUTION APPROVING 2010 FINAL BUDGET
Be it resolved by the city council of the City of Medina, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the
following sums of money be approved for the 2010 budget:
Revenues Expenditures
General Fund $ 3,889,685 $ 3,889,685
Special Revenue Funds $ 243,570 $ 902,900
Capital Project Funds $ 7,776,782 $ 8,087,728
Debt Service Funds $ 680,667 $ 727,673
Water Fund $ 1,362,350 $ 4,323,176
Sanitary Sewer Fund $ 527,250 $ 550,855
Storm Water Fund $ 594,670 $ 594,670
Be it also resolved by the city council of the City of Medina, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that
the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) be approved for 2010:
2010 CIP $11,495,698

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Siitari and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Weir, Siitari, Crosby, Smith
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Johnson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
