An Ordinance ammending ordinance number 17, entitled" " An
Ordinance providing for the compansation of Town officers dnd
Councilmen ".
Be it ordained: by the Council of the Town of Wellsburg,
Iowa;-
Section One.
That section 2 of Ordinances number 17
entitled " An ordinance providing for the compansation of
town officers and councilmen" is hereby repealed and the
following ordained in lieu thereof„" That the Town Clerk
shall receive as full compansation of all services perfor-
medby him as such officer, the sum of $15.00 a month,
payable monthly on bills allowed by the council"
SZCTI04 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and publication as
provided by law.
