Revenue Committee Minutes - February 1, 2017

The February 1st meeting of the Revenue Committee was called to order by Vice Chairman,
Bob Renn, at 11:00 AM. Present and constituting a quorum were: Mr. Renn, Mr. Paul Kelleher,
Mr. Frank Lucibella, and Mr. Ken Rowell. Mr. John Laurino participated in the meeting via
speakerphone. Ms. Daniella Bradley O'Brien, committee administrative assistant, was also in
attendance.
There were no changes to the minutes of the January 26, 2017 Revenue Committee meeting.
Mr. Rowell moved their approval; his motion was seconded by Mr. Kelleher and approved 4-0-1.
The committee spent the remainder of the meeting reviewing, discussing and revising each
chart in the Draft Presentation of the Revenue Committee's Report that will be presented to the
Board of Selectmen and Finance Committee on February 15, 2017. Ms. O'Brien will incorporate
all the changes and distribute the next revision to each member.
At the conclusion of this review, the committee again discussed the possibility of conducting a
public forum, either via the Orleans Citizens Forum, or directly at Town Hall. Mr. Renn agreed
to approach the Orleans Citizens Forum to see if they would host a forum for this purpose.
The committee then decided that a meeting should be called for next week. After the meeting,
Mr. Renn met with Asst. Town Clerk, Ms. Kelly Darling;the meeting is scheduled for
Wednesday, February 8, at 11:00 AM in the Skaket Room at Town Hall.
There being no further business, Mr. Kelleher moved to adjourn; it was seconded by Mr. Rowell,
and approved 4-0-1.
