CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2010-08
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT
AGREEMENT FOR HAMEL FIELD HOUSE
WHEREAS, the City of Medina has been awarded a $100,000 grant for the Hamel Field
House from the Hennepin Youth Sports Program; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Medina and Hennepin County have established terms of an
agreement for the City of Medina to receive the $100,000 for the Hamel Field House.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
that Mayor Thomas M. Crosby, Jr. and City Administrator -Clerk Chad M. Adams are hereby
authorized to execute the Agreement for Hamel Field House between the City of Medina and
Hennepin County.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Weir
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Smith, Weir, Siitari
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Johnson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
