RESOI,UTION APPOINTING A BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR AND
AUTHORIZING AND AGREEMENT
WIIEREAS. the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Cartel'el (the "Borough")
determined that it is in the best interest of the community to engage a business
administrator to better manage the Borough's operatmns; and
WHEREAS, thc Borough has determined that Nicholas Goldsack has the experience
necessary to undertake this critical position.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE 11" RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council oFthc Borough
of Cartcret thai Nicholas Goldsack is hereby appointed Carterer Business Administrator
for a period of three (3) years commencino September I 2000 and lermmatmg August
.31, 2003. ~ '
BE, IT, FURTHER RESOL%EI), that the te,'n~s and conditions of Mr. Goldsack's
employment shall be in accordance with thc attached agreement.
BE, IT IcUI{THER RF. SOLVED, that the Mayor and Borough Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the Borough. ~
