CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2010-19
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
FEASIBILITY REPORTS ON IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, it has been proposed to construct the following road improvement projects
and to assess benefited properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements pursuant to
Minn. Stat., Chapter 429:
1. Holy Name Drive;
2. Pioneer Trail (Willow Drive to Trunk Highway 55)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of Medina, Minnesota that
the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo as consulting engineers for study and that the
engineers be instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are necessary, cost-effective and feasible
and whether they should best be made separately or in combination and the estimated cost of each
improvement as recommended.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Johnson and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Weir, Johnson, Siitari, Smith
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Crosby)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
