161,171,172,178,180,196,197,198,199,218,219,220,
221,237,238,239,240,249,250,251,252,258,267,268,
269, 270, SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 49 AND
SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 121.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
Section 1. Repeal
Ordinances Number 43,107,112,116,122,127,129,131,132,143,153,159,
160,161,171,172,178,180,196,197,198, 199,218,219,220,221,237,238,239,240,
249, 250, 251, 252, 258, 267, 268, 269, 270, Section 4 of Ordinance Number 49 and
Section 4 of Ordinance Number 121 are hereby repealed.
Section 2. Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the
official city newspaper.
