1 . CALL TO ORDER AND ATTENDANCE
Robert Hooper, Chairperson, convened the regular meeting of the Brewster Housing Authority' s
Board of Commissioners at 6 : 30 PM in the Community Room of 11 Frederick Court, Brewster,
MA .
MEMBERS PRESENT : Robert Hooper, Zachary Volpicelli and Barbara Burgo
MEMBERS ABSENT : Leonard Avery Jr.
2 . APPROVAL OF AGENDA
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Zachary Volpicelli seconded by Barbara
Burgo and voted unanimously.
3 . NEW BUSINESS
A. Award of Contract : FISH #041037 : Unit turnover job at Huckleberry Lane : Mrs .
Botsford reported that the bids came in and all were higher than expected for the job .
Regardless, the architect that has reviewed the bids is recommending awarding the job to the low

bidder, Zander Corporation, in the amount of $ 158 , 000 . 00 . After a short discussion, Zachary
Volpicelli made a motion to approve the awarding and contract signing to Zander
Corporation for FISH # 041037, Unit turnover job at Huckleberry Lane. Barbara Burgo
seconded the motion which was voted unanimously.
B. Approval of Grant Agreement with Town of Brewster — CPC — Huckleberry Roof
Project : Mrs . Botsford reported that she had recently received notification from the town that
the board needs to vote to approve the Grant Agreement before they can proceed with full
execution of the agreement and release of funds . After a short discussion, Zachary Volpicelli
made a motion to approve the Grant Agreement and Mrs . Botsford signing it on behalf of
the housing authority for the roof job at Huckleberry Lane. Barbara Burgo seconded the
motion which was voted unanimously.
4 . TOPICS THE CHAIR DID NOT REASONABLY ANTICIPATE : none
5 . BILLS
The Warrants were presented for approval for the period of July 2018 . Barbara Burgo made a
motion to approve the warrant and bills and sign the checks presented. Zachary Volpicelli
seconded the motion which passed unanimously.
6 . ADJOURNMENT
Mrs . Botsford stated that she had just received a request from Jill Scalise to distribute
information on the public hearing and the proposed bylaw for assessor dwelling units, so she
distributed that to the board for their information and consideration .
Zachary Volpicelli made a motion to adjourn the meeting . Barbara Burgo seconded the
motion which was voted unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 6 : 41 p .m .
