BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOAB, UTAH, that ETHEL A.
SCOV/L be and she is hereby relieved of the office of Deputy City
Treasurer of the City of Moab, with thanks and commendation for
services excellently performed.
THAT DONNA JEANNE NELSON be and she is hereby appointed to the
offices of Deputy City Treasurer and Deputy City Recorder and shall
bear the title of Administrative Secretary, with the provision that
as Deputy City Treasurer she shall be responsible to and act for
and in the absence of the City Treasurer of the City of Moab.
THAT ELLIS FOOTE he and he is hereby appointed to the office of
City Recorder, which office shall be in conjunction with the office
of City Administrator of City of Moab.
Effective date of the above shall be May 1, 1957.
