ORDINANCE NO. 710
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REZONE
2382 HIGHWAY 55
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Medina (the “City”) has received a request to amend its zoning
map to rezone 2382 Highway 55 from the Commercial-Highway district to the Business (B)
zoning district.
Section 2. The property to be rezoned is legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 3. The official zoning map of the City of Medina shall be amended to change the
zoning classification of the Property to Business (B).
Section 4. The amendment to the zoning map is displayed on the map attached hereto as
Exhibit B.
Section 5. A copy of this Ordinance and the updated map shall be kept on file at Medina
City Hall.
Section 7. The City Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to make the appropriate
changes to the official zoning map of the City to reflect the change in zoning classifications as
set forth above.
Adopted by the Medina City Council this 20th day of June, 2023.
