CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2010-39
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SAFE AND SOBER
AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Medina enter into a grant agreement with
the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety for the project
entitled "SAFE AND SOBER COMMUNITIES", during the period from October 1,
2010 through September 30, 2011.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Administrator -Clerk is hereby
authorized to execute the grant, and the Medina Police Chief to serve as the fiscal agent
and administer this grant.
I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Weir and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Smith, Weir, Crosby, Johnson, Siitari
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
