TOWN OF BREWSTER
REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS
AMBULANCE BILLING SERVICES
The Town of Brewster will accept proposals for the billing of ambulance services for the Brewster Fire
Department until December 17th at 10:00 am at which time all proposals will be publicly opened and
read. Proposals are to be submitted in a separate sealed envelope marked “Ambulance Billing Proposal”
to the Select Board/Town Administrator’s office, Brewster Town Hall, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA
02631. Specifications and General Conditions may be obtained at the office during the hours of 8:30 am
– 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday or by email request to Donna J. Kalinick, Procurement Officer. All
inquiries and questions relative to this bid are to be directed to the Chief of the Brewster Fire
Department at 508-896-7018.
All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B as
amended. The Town will select the responsive and responsible company submitting the most
advantageous proposal, taking into consideration the company’s experience, staff capacity, references
and plan for providing the services, as well as the proposal price.
The Town of Brewster reserves the right to reject any and all bids, if in the best interests of the Town to
do so.
