CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2010-40
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF COMMUNITY
SERVICE OFFICER NICK MAROHNIC
WHEREAS, Nick Marohnic is currently employed as the Community Service Officer by
the city of Medina; and
WHEREAS, on May 20, 2010, Nick Marohnic submitted a letter of resignation from his
position addressed to the Chief of Police; and
WHEREAS, Nick Marohnic's resignation from his position shall become effective on June
1, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Nick Marohnic's letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Weir and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Smith, Weir, Crosby, Johnson, Siitari
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
