RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER
WHEREAS, on May 18. 2000 the Mavor and Council of the Borough of
Cartcret appro,,ed a comract to Marvec (5onstruclion Corp. in the amount of
$366,800.00 and
I~,IlLREAS, the Borough Engineer has m/'ormcd the aovcrning body that a
modification of the conlrad is reasonaNe and neccssary, and
VVHEliEAS, the Engineer has further certified that said modifications were
unforeseen at the time thc original contract was a'a arded.
N()~V, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that thc sum of $31~405.00 is
hereby added to tine original contract and payment of thc modified amount is
hcreby approx cd.

and Certified as a true copy of the
original on September 21, 2000.
