Present : Belinda Eyestone, Chair; member G . Howard Hayes ; Deputy Assessor James

Call to Order : Ms . Eyestone called the meeting to order at 5128pm .
Uncollectible Personal Property Tax : Mr . Gallagher reviewed the list of uncollectible
Personal Property Tax Abatements as presented in a memo from the Treasurer/Collector dated
June 19 , 2018 . The abatement amount for bill # 15203 was corrected to $ 13 . 31 rather than
$ 13 . 13 . Ms . Eyestone moved to abate the uncollectible bills as amended for a total amount of
$ 2 , 318 . 87 . Mr . Hayes seconded the motion . Approved unanimously .
Review office policies : Mr . Gallagher reported he will begin to draft policies for various office
procedures , including deed entry and assessment date .
Items not reasonably anticipated by the Chair : None
Ms . Eyestone moved to adjourn at 5 : 34pm . Mr . Hayes seconded . Approved unanimously .
