Thrasher, Ward, and Gulf Stream: Case No.14-CV- 81248. I want the file, all communications related to this case, every public record available. No redactions are necessary since the litigation has concluded. Thanks for the estimate in advance. If production needs to be tiered out in tranches, let me know, I am amenable. Thank you for your prompt reply. P.S. Joanne, now that Scott has determined that the Town has ceased to pursue the RICO case, is the Town willing to start production. I really don't want to litigate and get these things through an immediate hearing, but these records are very important to me. Jonathan O'Boyle, Esq., LLM. I want the fele, all communications related to this case, everypublic record available. No redactions are necessary since the litigation has concluded. Dear Jonathan O'Boyle [mail to: jobo-yle@obovlelawfinn.coml: The Town of Gulf Stream has received your public records request dated July 11, 2016. Your original public records request can be found at the following link: htti)://www2.gulf-stream.org/weblink/O/doc/97285/Pagel.aspx After spending well in excess of 15 minutes on this request, the response for the file, provided to the Town by Johnson, Anselmo, Murdoch, Burke, Piper & Hochman, P.A., can be found by going to the Town website, click on "Find a Town Record", click on "Legal", click on "Lawsuits", click on "O'Boyle" and finally, click on "Case 14 -CV -81248". Some of the attorney bills have been redacted for filing within CM/ECF and therefore constitute accurate public records available to the Town as part of `the file". If you seek those bills specifically, the Town can provide you with an estimate for their production. I have also attached a file from Jones, Foster regarding this case. With respect to your broad request for "all communications related to this case", the Town estimates to conduct a thorough review of its hard and electronic files to determine that it has not missed any additional documents will require one hour of administrative support at $35.60 per hour and one hour of IT support at $95.00 per hour, the labor cost of the personnel providing the service, per Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d). (One hour @ $35.60 + One hour at $95.00) = $130.60 Deposit Due: $130.60 in cash or check. Finally, to the extent that you seek "everypublic record available," you have failed to sufficiently specify the records that you seek with sufficient particularity to enable the Town to provide a good faith response. The Town requests you clarify and we will endeavor to respond appropriately. If the costs of producing these documents will exceed your deposit, the Town will provide you with an initial production of responsive records and an estimate for the production of any additional responsive records. If the costs of production are less than the deposit, the Town will provide you with the responsive records and a refund. Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond to your public records request in a reasonable amount of time. If we do not hear back from you within 30 days of this letter, we will consider this closed. Sincerely, A As requested by Rita Taylor Town Clerk, Custodian of the Records
