ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401,(STREETSAND HIGHWAYS),SCHEDULE(V)(DISABLED PARKING SPACES),
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY THE ADDITION OF A DISABLED
PARKING SPACE ON A PORTION OF BOLIVAR STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule (V), (Disabled
Parking Soaces), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the
addition of a disabled parking space on a portion of Bolivar Street, to read as follows:
Bolivar Street(100 Block):on the west aide,the most northerly marked Space.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of Its passage and approval.
