A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO RELEASE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
PREPARATION OF THE URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, to comply with State Law the City must prepare Urban Water
Management Plan (UWMP) for 2010 by June 30, 2011; and
WHEREAS, to compiy with the State's 20/2020 program the Urban Water
Management Plan must provide more detailed information for water use reduction; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Water Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood approves the issuance
of a Request for Proposals for consulting services to prepare the 2010 Urban Water
Management Plan.
Section 2. This Resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15 day of February, 2011.
