Revenue Committee Minutes— February 15, 2017

The February 15th meeting of the Revenue Committee was called to order by Paul
Kelleher at approximately 7:00 PM. This was a joint meeting with the BOS and the
FinCom Present and constituting a quorum were: Mr. Kelleher, Mr. Robert Renn, Mr.
Frank Lucibella, and Mr. Ken Rowell. Mr. John Laurino participated in the meeting via
Skype. Ms. Danielle Bradley O'Brien, committee administrative assistant, was also in
attendance.
Mr. Kelleher proceeded to present the "Revenue Committee Findings and
Recommendations" to the members of the BOS and the FinCom. This presentation
consists of thirty-one slides (copy attached).
At the conclusion of the presentation, Mr. Kelleher and other members of the committee
answered questions posed by the BOS and FinCom (this dialogue is compiled in the
minutes 2/15/17 minutes of the BOS meeting).
There being no further questions, Mr. Kelleher moved to adjourn; it was seconded by
Mr. Renn and approved 4-0-1.
