AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH BURNS AND MCDONNELL FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING
ADDITIONAL SURVEY SERVICES REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT A NEW INSTRUMENT
APPROACH PROCEDURE AT THE JEFFERSON CITY MEMORIAL AIRPORT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an amendment to
the professional services agreement for planning and survey services at the Jefferson City
Memorial Airport with Burns and McDonnell.
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as
Exhibit A attached hereto.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be In full force and effect from and after the date of

TO
CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
FOR PROFESSIONAL PLANNING AND SURVEYING SERVICES
TO UPDATE THE AIRPORT MASTER PLAN &
IMPLEMENT NEW APPROACH PROCEDURES

This Contract amendment is made by and between Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., a
Missouri Corporation, and The City of Jefferson this day of July 5, 2006.
Whereas, it is the mutual desire of the parties hereto to amend the Agreement for professional planning
and surveying services entered into on the 15"' day of February 2006 hereinafter called the existing
agreement.
Therefore, it is hereby agreed that the existing agreement be amended as follows;
1. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)#405 survey for Runway 12.
a. Current Survey requirement are for a Non-Precision Type "D"survey MODOT
requested that the survey be amended to a Precision survey.
The survey cost will increase a total of One Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($1,800).The Total
• Survey cost will now be Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000).
The Total agreement fee will increase to Forty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Three
Dollars ($47,793).
