CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2010-80
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SAFE AND SOBER
COMMUNITIES AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of Medina enter into a grant agreement with
the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety for the project
entitled "Night CAP Grant Program", during the period from October 1, 2010 through
September 30, 2013.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and City Administrator -
Clerk of the City of Medina are hereby authorized to execute the grant, be the fiscal
agent, and administer this grant on behalf of the City of Medina.
We certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City
of Medina, Minnesota.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Weir and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Smith, Siitari, Weir
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Johnson)

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
