RESOLUTION OF MOAB CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Moab City that the Business License
Ordinance of Moab City as it apply& to certain types of businesses, required the addition of
at least one new classification to be identified as Mining Equipment Distributor.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That an additional classification is hereby established to be added to the roster of
businesses subject to the payment of license fees pursuant to the Moab City Business License
Ordinance, which business shall be known as Mining Equipment Distributor for which the
license fee is hereby established as S500.00.
Duly passed and adopted this 1st day of July, 1958.
