WHEREAS, thc Borough Engineer has informed the governing body that a
modification of the contract is reasonable and necessary, and

NOW THEI/EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. that the sum of $4.380.00 is hercbv added
to lhc original contrac! and payment of thc modified amount is herein approve~l.
