CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2010-81
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, the city of Medina (the "City") is a municipal corporation, organized and
existing under the laws of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Medina (the "Council") has determined that
the streets hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid ("MSA") Streets
under the provisions of Minnesota Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA, that the roadways described below and shown in Exhibit
A, attached hereto, are estabished, located, and designated as Municipal State Aid Streets of the
City of Medina, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of
Minnesota:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator -Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation
for consideration, and that upon the Commissioner's approval of the designation of each street or
portion thereof, each shall be constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid
Street of the City of Medina to be numbered and known as described in the table above.

upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
