AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2013 -7, AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE
SIZE OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF CITY GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE,
INDIANA, FIXING SALARIES FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF SUCH DEPARTMENTS AND
FIXING THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN OTHER APPOINTED
OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 2014.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle that it hereby amends
Ordinance 2013 -7 as follows:
SECTION SIX: That the Park and Recreation Department shall consist of (4) full -time members, twelve (12) seasonal
employees, twenty (20) pool lifeguards and ten (10) part -time instructors Base pay range can start at the entry level
amount or any amount in between up to the maximum base as follows

SECTION SEVEN: That the Utility Department shall consist of twenty (20) full time members and one (1) part -time
member Base pay ranges, including the maximum, shall be as follows.

Administrative Assistant
All other terms, conditions and salaries contained in Ordinance 2013 -7 not specifically addressed
herein shall remain in full force and effect and shall be retroactive and effective January 1, 2014.
This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Greencastle Common Council
and its approval by the Mayor.
