AUTHORIZING REFUND OF TAX MID/OR SEWER
FEES OVERPAYMENT
\VH.EREAS, the Tax Collector of the Borough of Carteret has reviewed the Rolls and detennined
that certain monies are due and payable by the Borough of Carteret to certain residents and property
owners within the Borough of Carteret, as a result of an overpayment of Ta'Xes And/or Sewer Fees;
and
\YHEREAS, the Tax Collector recommends the immediate reimbursement of the excess Funds
currently collected by the Borough of Carteret to certain enumerated individuals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayo, and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, in the County of iVtiddlesex, State of New Jersey: that the Tax
Collector is Authorized to immediately refund and pay the overpayment of Taxes And! or Sewer Fees
10 the Individuals and property owners of the specific properties listed below and/or attached hereto.
