RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUAJ'ICE OF A TRAILER COURT
LICENSE TO TOWER TRAILER PARK
\VHEREAS, the Tower Trailer Park has made application for Renewal of the Trailer
Court License for the years 2009-2010 & 2010-2011 and have paid the necessary fees
therefore; and
.WHEREAS, said applicant has agreed to comply with all provisions and regulations now
or hereafter promulgated; and
"WHEREAS, the Trailer Court was inspected and approved for Renewal by the Health
Inspector and the Police Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the Trailer Court License of said applicant be
renewed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Assistant Municipal Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to issue a Trailer Court License for the years 2009~201O and
2010-2011 to the applicant, Tower Trailer Court.
Adopted this 5th day of August, 20 I 0 and
certified as a tme copy of the original on
August 6th, 2010.
