PHASE III
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of
Middlesex, State of New Jersey desires to apply for a 2011 Municipal Aid Grant;
\VHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have reviewed the application and
lmderstand the terms and conditions under which the application is made; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the grant agreement on behalf of Borough of Carteret and that
their signatme constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the grant
agreement and approves the execution of the grant agreement.
Adopted this 5th day of August, 2010
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 6, 2010.
