ORDINANCE NO. 140;)—
AN ORDINANCE OFTHE CITY OFJEFFERSON,MISSOURI,AMENDING CHAPTER 19
(MOTOR VEHICLES&TRAFFIC),SECTION 318(CHILD RESTRAINTS), OFTHE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO THE USE OF CHILD RESTRAINTS
IN VEHICLES.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19 (Motor Vehicles & Traffic), Section 318 (Child Restraints),
of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby deleted, and a new section Is
enacted in lieu thereof, as follows;
