DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE CITY OF MOAB AS SURPLUS
WHEREAS, Moab City has the right and title to certain property listed below and,
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of Moab City declares that at present tinge, it has o
use whatsoever for said property,

property.
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the Goves Body
