ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OFJEFFERSON,MISSOURI AMENDING CHAPTER 19(MOTOR
VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY ADDING A NEW
SECTION 320 REQUIRING THE USE OF MOTOR VEHICLE HEAD LIGHTS AND THE DIMMING
OF HEAD LIGHTS TO ONCOMING TRAFFIC
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Code is hereby amended by adding one Section to Chapter
19 to read as follows:

$ection 2. This ordinance will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
this passage and approval.
