PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS/ Block 65, lot 21 applied for tax exempt status under
the provisions for a total disabled veteran status in
accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:4-3.30et seqJ and
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor reviewed and approved the application
for the 2010 tax year effective 8/01/10, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommending that taxes .for 2010
be cancelled accordingly, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey! that the
Tax Collector cancel taxes as follows:
