REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
FEBRUARY 6, 2018
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Sternquist called the Successor Agency to the Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at 8:51 p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Member—Chavez, Fish, Man, Sternquist
ABSENT: Member — Yu
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Cook, Agency Attorney Vail, Agency
Secretary Kuo
' Agency Member Fish made a motion to excuse Agency Member Yu for cause.
Seconded by Agency Member Chavez.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Agency Member Chavez made a motion to approve the Consent Calendar.
Seconded by Vice Chair Man and carried by the following votes:

Agency Member— Chavez, Fish, Man, Sternquist
NOES:
Agency Member— None
ABSTAIN:
Agency Member— None
ABSENT:
Agency Member— Yu
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Successor Agency is requested to review and approve the Minutes
of the Regular Successor Agency to the Former Temple City Community
Redevelopment Agency meeting of October 17, 2017.

Approved.
