PROCEDURE TO ADDRESS CITY COUNCIL: If you wish to address the City Council,
please complete a Speaker Request Form, indicating the agenda item number and submit it
to the City Clerk. There will be a maximum 30-minute period for comments on any
subject with a 3-minute time limit on each speaker, unless waived by Council. You have
the opportunity to address the City Council at the following times:

• NON-AGENDA ITEM: at the time for PUBLIC COMMENTS. Please note that while
the City Council values your comments, pursuant to the Brown Act, the Council cannot

unless rem oved for f urther discussion. If members of the City Council or persons in
the audience wish to discuss any matters listed on the Consent Calendar, please
address them at this tim e.
Recomm endation: Approve Item s A through G per recommendations.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The City Council is requested to review and approve:
1. Minutes of the Special City Council Meeting of March 6, 2018; and
2. Minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting of March 6, 2018.
Recommendation: Approve.
B. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTIONS
The City Council is requested to review the actions of Regular Planning
Commission Meeting of February 27, 2018.
Recommendation: Receive and file.
C. AFFIRMATION OF CITY COUNCIL REORGANIZATION DATE
Pursuant to Section 601 (c) of the City’s Charter, City Council is requested to
affirm the date of City Council reorganization.
Recommendation: Affirm City Council reorganization to occur on
April 3, 2018.
D. FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP APPROVAL FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 73547, A LOT
SPLIT SUBDIVISION AT 9632 LEMON AVENUE
Approval of the final map will allow the property owner to record the map and start
construction of a single-family residence on each of the the subdivided lots.
Recommendation:
1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Parcel Map No. 73547; and
2. Authorize the City Clerk to certify Parcel Map No. 73547.
E. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 18-5320 ORDERING THE ENGINEER’S
REPORT TO ESTABLISH LIGHTING AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT

ASSESSMENT RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2018-19
Pursuant to the 1972 State Lighting and Landscape Act, the City is ordering an
engineer’s report as required for each fiscal year in which assessments are
levied and collected for its Lighting and Maintenance District.
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 18-5320 ordering the
preparation of the Lighting and Maintenance
Assessment District annual engineer’s report for
FY 2018-19.
F. VISA CARD REPORT
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Visa Card Report.
Recommendation: Receive and file.
G. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 18-5321 APPROVING PAYMENT OF
BILLS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017-18
The City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 18-5321 authorizing the
payment of bills.
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 18-5321.
