Mayor ProTem William Man called the Specia l Meeting to order at 7:00a .m . in the
City Hall Community Room located at 9701 Las Tunas Drive , Temple C ity.

Councilmember Fish made a motion to excuse Mayor
Sternquist and Councilmember Yu for cause . Councilmember
Chavez seconded the motion .
Michelle Ritter , Temple City Resident , commented on the R ing Doorbell Subsidy
Program .

A. OVERVIEW OF LASD OPERATIONS SAFE STREETS (OSS) BUREAU
Lieutenant Leon gave an overview of LASD Operations Safe Streets (OSS)
Bureau .

Deputy Lam provided a brief overview of the number of sex offender
regist rants , parolees , and probationers in the City.
