Hause, Administrative Services Director By : Lee Ma, Accountant SUBJ.ECT: PETTY CASH REPORT RECOMMENDATION: The City Council is requested to review, receive and file the Petty Cash Report. BACKGROUND: On August 6, 1991, staff began submitting the Petty Cash Report to the City Council on a regular basis. ANALYSIS: In the interest of full transparency, the City Council is being requested to review the Petty Cash Report from November 15, 2017 to January 3, 2018 . The total of petty cash expenditures were $1,162.41 (Attachment "A"). The petty cash fund will be reimbursed after the City Council approves the February 6, 2018 Warrant Register. CITY STRATEGIC GOALS: The City Council is requested to receive and file the Petty Cash Report to further City's Strategic Goal to promote Good Governance. FISCAL IMPACT: This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2017-18 City Budget. r
