May 4th 1942
Regular meeting; if the Council; -
Mayor C W Ross presiding and all councilmen present.; -
Minutes of all April meetings w6re read and on motion by
Luwe second by Lindaman same be approved- motion carried.
Mayor Ross Reports that he has app-inted Dr F R Ford as
Health Physician for the ensueing year.
It was moved by Kruse second by Faack that the Bonds of
Mayor, Clerk and Marshall be approved -.motion carried.
The secy of the Fire Co presented the name of Fred Wubbens
as Fireman to take the place of R B Tjaden- on motion same
was approved.
The Treasurers report was read 4 filed and placed on record.
The following Resolution was unamiously adopted-
Be it resolved. that the Clerk be and is hereby
authorized to pay the following claims presented
to him without being; presentr do this council for
allowance- Interest on Bonds- Light and- Notor
bills- Freight bills- Postage "

Nays - none.
