CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2011-25
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF CITY
ADMINISTRATOR CHAD M. ADAMS
WHEREAS, Chad M. Adams is currently employed as the City Administrator by the city
of Medina; and
WHEREAS, on April 1, 2011, Chad M. Adams submitted a letter of resignation from his
position addressed to the Mayor and City Council; and
WHEREAS, Chad M. Adams resignation from his position shall become effective on May
31, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Chad M. Adams' letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Weir and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Martinson, Pederson, Siitari, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
