Streets and Highhways Code of the State of California which is known as the Special
; Asaessment Investigation, I,imitation and hlajority Protest Act of 1911, as amended.
It is hereby further determined that said City Council proposes to conduct the
- proceedinga for said pronosed work or improvement uncler an act of the I,egislature
`. of the State o£ California knorrn and designated as the Improvenent A'ct of 1911,

{S) The boundary or extent of the assessment district to be assessed
to pay the costs and expenses of said imnrovement is shoivn on Plan I7o, 1951—�,
