A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNGIL OF THE GITY -
OF LYN4d00D APPROVING REPORT OF THE CITY
ENGINEER AND FIXING TTME OF HEARING IN THE
MATTER OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF PEACH
STREET.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood doea hereby
reaolne ae follows:
V7HEREAB, a report on the propoaed improvement of
Peach 3treet by the conetruction of cement concrete curbs,
cement concrete sidewalka, cement concrete guttera and appurt-
enant work, all ae ehown on Plan No. 1951-B, hae been prepared
by the City Engineer and delivered to the City Council of the
Gity of Lynwood ae provided in Division 4 of the 8treete and
� Highways Code cited ae "8pecial Assesament Investigation, Limita-
tion and Ma�ority Proteat Act of 1931", as amended, as d.irected
by the City Council at ita regular meeting held on February 6th,
1951.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RE30LVED as followa:
. 1. The City Gouncil of the City of Lynwood doee here-
by approve said report and directs that said report be filed with
the City Clerk of said City.
2. The City Council does hereby fix the 17th day of
April, 1951, at the hour of S o'clock p.m, ae the day and hour,
and the Council Chanbere of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza 3treet,
Lynwood, California, as the place, when and where any and all
pereons intereated in eaid propoaed. improvement may appear before
said City Council and be heard on any matter pertaining to eaid
II report.
