The.City Council of the City of Lynwood doee hereby
reaolve ae Pollowe:

Bradfield Avenue, et al, by the constructlon of cement concrete
, - curba, oement concrete sidewalks, cement concrete g�ut�era and
appurtenant work,�all ae ehown on Plan No. 1951-C; haa-been
prepared by the City �hgineer and delivered to the City Council
• of the City of Lynwood as provided in Divieion � of the Streets
and Highways Code cited as °8pecial Asaeasment Investigation,
Limitation and Ma�ority Proteat Act of 1931�', ae amended, as .
'directed by the City Council at ita regular meeting held on
February 20, 1951.

„ 1. The City,Council oP the City of Lynwood does here-
, by.approve eaid report and directe that said.report be filed with
the City Glerk of said_City. ,
, 2. The City Council does hereby fix the 17th day oP
~ April, 1951, at the hour of 8 o�clock p.m.,ae the day and hour,
„ and the Council Chambers oY the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street,
Lynwood, California, as the place, when and where any and all
pereons interested in said proposed improvement may appear before
said City Council and be heard on any matter pertaining to said
report. . �
